New Things and Fun!!

We have started feeding Kendall cereal. We wanted to wait until she was 6 months old, but started a week early so we could ask the doctor if we have any questions when we go next week.

Guess what? Kendall likes cereal!! Who would have thought?

The bib says, "I spit up on t.u."

Also, Peeps and Gigi got Kendall her first pool! We blew it up today and played. She loves the water. She loves to splash and play with her toys. Molly got in too!

This was at Pops and Kiki's house. Molly was CRAZY about the pool. She can dog paddle well, but she would rather just catch a ride!

Hello Dolly!

This week we went to the beach on vacation with Gigi, Peeps, Aunt Val and Uncle Dohe, Grandma Dane, and Kathy and Frank. Gigi and Peeps rented a beach house in Surfside and we had such a fun and relaxing time. So relaxing in fact that we hardly took any pictures! Randy did go out one day and take some pictures of the ocean. Hurricane Dolly came in on Tuesday and we got the biggest waves and crazy wind! We were still able to enjoy hanging out on the beach, and the boys even got to try some surfing. Here are some pictures of the view from our house.

Starting Early!

Monday while I was cutting coupons, Kendall was such a big helper! She was in my lap, messing with the pages, but then I remembered how good she is sitting, so I just sat her on the bed with some of the pages and she had so much fun! Here are a couple of videos.

Rainbow Bright!

Just wanted to show off Kendall's cute outfit today! Aunt Val got her this shirt and skirt and today is the first day she has worn it. Isn't she the cutest?!

Reunion!

This weekend our group of friends from college all came down to stay with us Friday night. We try to get together at least once a year and hang out and this year it was at our house! We played games, ate a lot, and took a trip out to the beach. It was a quick trip, but so fun!

Kendall got to hang out with Courtney and Trent's one year old, Madison. They are good friends now!

Here is Kendall helping me get ready for church Sunday morning. She wore this pretty new dress and it was so big, it fit all the way around her Bumbo! So cute!

Jumperoo!!

We got Kendall's jumperoo out this week and she loves it! We have it in the kitchen right now, because that is the only place there is room for it! She loves to jump while Mom does the dishes or while we cook.

I know this blog is supposed to be about Kendall, but...

...I have to brag on my husband a little! Yesterday was 7th inning stretch at church, where all the children and children's workers come in the service to give them a break. Randy preached and did a skit with our children's director, Kathy, and they did a great job! Ran did a great job of talking on the kids' level and making it fun for them. I always love to get to listen to him preach and yesterday was just a really neat service, start to finish. 5 Months!!

It is hard to believe Kendall is 5 months old!! She is getting so big. We took these on Saturday while Gigi and Peeps were here. Kendall sat for a very long time by herself!
