We got to go to such a fun thing when we were in Ft. Worth last week! Friday night Pops and Kiki tookk us for a ride on the North Pole Express in Grapevine!
Before the train ride, which was the Tarantula train that runs between the Stockyards and downtown Grapevine, there were all sorts of activities for the kids to do. They had ice skating, hot chocolate, and a place to make your own ornaments!Kendall and Cooper both made one...they both had a little help. :)
Then, right before we boarded the train, there was a little show with singing and dancing! Alden and Scott went with us, too, and Kendall and Cooper loved that!
After the show, to get to the train, we had to walk through a Christmas tree maze. There was even snow blowing around!
On the train, ready to go!
Kendall and Pops! She said Pops had to sit next to her!
Cooper and Pops bonking heads!
Halfway through the ride, Santa came into our train car! This was Kendall when she saw him - so excited!
He passed out silver bells to all the children. Kendall did a great job - she wasn't scared at all!Kiki, Cooper and me with Santa. Lisa asked Santa if she could have a silver bell and he told her no!! Ha!
After the train ride, we went to get the girls' picture taken with Santa. We decided it would work best this year if we just held them and let Kendall tell him what she wanted. We love our family picture with Santa!
We had such a fun night! It was so much fun watching Kendall and Cooper both get excited about all the Christmas festivities! Thanks for a fun night Kiki and Pops!!
