An EVEN Busier Week!

We just thought we were busy last week! Last Sunday we left after church to head to Ft. Worth. Randy and I went as camp counselors to our church's children's camp - Camp KidJam. Kendall stayed in Ft. Worth at Gigi and Peeps' house. Before dropping her off Monday morning, we went to Kiki and Pops' house Sunday night and celebrated Aunt Alden (or as Kendall says "Auggie")'s birthday. We didn't take any pictures there, but it was a lot of fun to see everyone!
Monday we packed up and headed to drop Kendall off before driving to Texas A&M Commerce for camp. Gigi and Peeps were super excited to have Kendall stay at their house Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, but I was pretty sad about leaving her. I don't have any pictures of her stay with them, but I do know she had lots of good time with her cousin Gracie and all her family on the Dane side.
In the meantime, here is what Randy and I looked like at camp.
In case you couldn't tell, we were the Green Team. The Green Jalapenos, actually. :) There's a song - Randy would love to sing it for you if you ask him.
Thursday we couldn't wait to go pick up Kendall! We were so excited to see her and she was Mommy's girl for a few days after that, which was fine for me! After lunch with Gigi, Peeps, Aunt Val, and Gracie, we drove to Granny's and Papas' house to spend Thursday night. Kendall had a blast playing with the car they have there.
She even drove her babies around. So sweet!
After bath, she ran back out in the living room to play with her car some more. We just couldn't resist taking these.....
....check out those dimples!!! I know - she will love these someday!
To make a crazy week, even crazier, Friday we headed out to Argyle to have our college friends' reunion night. Every year our best friends from college (Michelle, Amy and David, Alden and Scott, and Courtney and Trent) get together and one of our houses for 24 hours of fun. Last year everyone came to our house, and Kendall and Madison were the only babies (Kate was still cooking). Here is a picture from last year:
This year, we didn't get a picture of all 9+3 of us, but we did try and get a picture of the three girls. Watch out girls, Cooper will be here soon and then it won't just be girls anymore! Courtney is due with their second - a boy, Cooper, in September.
Kendall, look at how Madison sits with her legs together. It looks much nicer. :)
Usually we stay up pretty late, but this year Randy and I were so wiped out from camp that we were in bed about midnight. Then Saturday morning we had to hit the road pretty early because Randy had to get home to work on his message - he preached on Sunday! We were sad that we were so exhausted, but it was great to see everyone and relive all those fun college days!
Now it is Monday, Randy preached yesterday and did an awesome job, and I think things are beginning to fall back into routine. Alden and Scott are here visiting Kevin and Jan for the week, so we are enjoying spending lots of time with them. Kendall was able to go hang out with Aunt Auggie and Scott and Kevin and Jan this morning while I went to the doctor to get my shots for Cambodia! I am going on our church's mission trip (with Randy) there at the end of December and I am super excited about it. For now, we are just enjoying being home and getting back into our comfortable routine!

Whewww! I don't know how you do it!! Looks like a lot of fun, though. I loved the pics from our house, of course, but I loved the one of Alden and Kendall coloring! Very sweet!
