Trip to Atlanta, Part 2

On Thursday morning, Holly and I took Kendall and Ethan to the Atlanta Children's Museum. I wasn't sure how much Kendall would enjoy it, but figured it was much better than staying in the hotel room all day. It turns out that they had a bunch of fun things for babies her age to play with and do! She had a blast! It was perfect for kids Ethan's age too. We had so much fun.

In one area, there was a "flower garden" Kendall enjoyed playing in. She sat on these little brown pillows that looked like soil and played with flowers and a big carrot. She loved that carrot and didn't want to get out of the garden.

There was also a separate area for kids 2 and under. They had big mats and things to crawl on and things she could pull up on, like a miniature piano. She stood and played that piano for a long time. They also had a big mirror in front of the mats that she enjoyed looking at herself in. She thought she made a new friend!

Ethan loved playing in the water. Eventually Holly had to take him somewhere else because he kept splashing all the other kids! They had a Bob the Builder show that he enjoyed watching and a big tractor he got up in. We had such a fun time!

Here are some videos of Kendall playing in front of the mirror.

How lucky you are, Kendell, to get to go on such a fun trip with your mommy and daddy! You are such a good traveler and you are so precious discovering yourself in the mirror. I've watched it over and over and will probably see it again before Friday! See you then!! xoxoxo

We may need to photoshop them together - Kendall won't be able to wear her's much longer! Have we told you enough yet how excited we are about Gracie?!!?! I have already reorganized all Kendall's 0-6 month clothes to get ready to pass them down!
